Keeping this on line account of my exercise has helped me pinpoint when my good times and bad times to exercise are. Midnight shifts and 12 hour shifts slow me down...go figure;-) This coming week will be better! I'm on days and there isn't any OT scheduled!

I ice climbed today. Don't know how to rate the duration of climbing but the actual climbing itself was intense. I'm a bit sore but can easily go again...soon!!!

Today I didn't do anything except sleep. Im learning from keeping this blog how my energy works in combination with my work and shift. Right now I'm on my change over between midnight shift and days. I'm finding that it's rare that I have much energy on these two days off. I'll be making a note on the entries on my shift or if it's an off day.

Sunday I'm going to use as a recap for the weeks. Today I only did ab work since I'm still on 12 hr. midnight shift. Took all my stats and will in the future post any changes in weight or inches. Today so far I did nothing...just a day of rest...well actually I only had 4 1/2 hrs sleep after being up for 24 and working my first midnight shift and I have to work it again tonight. Too tired for anything. Ok...I went out to eat fish fry and did abs on the ball after.

Hot tub and swimming today. Did about 20 laps on the pool varied from easy to a couple of burn laps. This felt good and should be good for my shoulders if I don't over do it.
I went to Taylors Falls and kayaked for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Moderate exercise today. Felt good but I did get tired at the end.
