Sunday I'm going to use as a recap for the weeks. Today I only did ab work since I'm still on 12 hr. midnight shift. Took all my stats and will in the future post any changes in weight or inches. I have a goal to reach by Nov. 1st and another to reach by spring. This is just a tool to see if I'm holding myself accountable. Back on my diet as of today.
