Today I just did nothing....12 hour shift again.

Weeks review.
Two days of climbing.
1 1/2 hours down hill skiing.

Keeping this on line account of my exercise has helped me pinpoint when my good times and bad times to exercise are. Midnight shifts and 12 hour shifts slow me down...go figure;-) This coming week will be better! I'm on days and there isn't any OT scheduled!
