Abs on the ball. Only an 8 hour shift today so I had energy to run errands but didn't have the time for any other exercise except abs. I'll more than make up for it this weekend!

Surprise...another 12 hour shift. No exercise except alot of abs on the ball. One more 12 hour shift and I'm done with the OT for awhile!

Another 12 hour shift. That makes 5 in a row and 2 more to go. It's dark when I get to work and dark when I leave. No time to go anywhere but to work and home. Today it was just abs on the ball again.

Today I didn't do anything except sleep. Im learning from keeping this blog how my energy works in combination with my work and shift. Right now I'm on my change over between midnight shift and days. I'm finding that it's rare that I have much energy on these two days off. I'll be making a note on the entries on my shift or if it's an off day.
