Tuesday

Abs on the ball.
Didn't do any other regular exercise but I rebuilt part of my deck and stairs and that was alot of work! No energy left to blade or kayak today.

Note...Power yoga went well. I identified two areas of my body that need more strength and flexibility. Since that's what I went there for I should be able to work this in well with my activity level.
