Another attempt at skate skiing...I've decided the boots I have for it are too large and not supportive enough. I think I'll rent a setup sometime and see if good boots make a difference.

Today I just did nothing....12 hour shift again.

Keeping this on line account of my exercise has helped me pinpoint when my good times and bad times to exercise are. Midnight shifts and 12 hour shifts slow me down...go figure;-) This coming week will be better! I'm on days and there isn't any OT scheduled!

I ice climbed today. Don't know how to rate the duration of climbing but the actual climbing itself was intense. I'm a bit sore but can easily go again...soon!!!

1 1/2 hour downhill skiing at Welch. I really don't feel that downhill skiing is really aerobic exercise but it's anaerobic and will build my legs for kiting.
