Hot tub and swimming today. Did about 20 laps on the pool varied from easy to a couple of burn laps. This felt good and should be good for my shoulders if I don't over do it.
I went to Taylors Falls and kayaked for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Moderate exercise today. Felt good but I did get tired at the end.
