Lots of abs on the ball and some on the inversion table. Extremely tired from working mids and no sleep today. This on line blog helps motivate me as I have to do "something" so I can write it down. This will be a good tool for meeting my Nov. 1 goal.

12 miles rollerblading on the Bunny Mile. 1 hr. 6 mins. Slacking a bit today...not much sleep today after working a 12 hr mids last night. Abs on the ball.

Sunday I'm going to use as a recap for the weeks. Today I only did ab work since I'm still on 12 hr. midnight shift. Took all my stats and will in the future post any changes in weight or inches. I have a goal to reach by Nov. 1st and another to reach by spring. This is just a tool to see if I'm holding myself accountable. Back on my diet as of today.

Hot tub and swimming today. Did about 20 laps on the pool varied from easy to a couple of burn laps. This felt good and should be good for my shoulders if I don't over do it.
I went to Taylors Falls and kayaked for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Moderate exercise today. Felt good but I did get tired at the end.
