I think this is the last post on this blog for awhile. It has served it's purpose of trying to determine how my energy flows and what saps it. I can definitely say midnight shifts are the worst for my condition. I noted that my energy and ability were at all time lows then. This blog was essentially a tool to inspire me to push my exercise and it's worked very well. I may start posting again in the future.
