Rest day. My right heel is missing a huge amount of skin from my boot rubbing...not much I can do until it heals more. Plus I am starting 12 hour midnight shifts. I'll be lucky to get my abs on the ball.

Wednesday

Another incredible hiking and climbing day...massive amounts of energy spent to the point I felt nauseous and couldn't eat till Thursday noonish. Great day though.

I did about half an hour of bouldering before the ice climbing class at Midwest...then I took the class. Not too much climbing BUT I learned ALOT!
