one hour of hot tub stretches alternating with swimming in the pool and the water slide...it's all good!

About 4 hours or so of ice climbing and bluff hiking with a very heavy pack.

Happy New Year!

Yes...I am going to be just like everyone else and start back into my exercise routine hard. Today I XC skied for an hour and had my 15 minutes of fame snowboarding at the city park. A few more times on the baby bunny hills with the board and I'll be ready for the adult size bunny hills :) 2009 is gonna be fine!

Well time to start posting again. I seem to have let my workouts dwindle down to just paddling and that just doesn't do it all around. This blog helped me keep commited to working out each day so here we go again.
